Local & Family-Owned
We’re Arizona owners and operators. Decisions are made here by people who know the business and the community.
For Cleaning Business Owners
You’ve spent years building relationships with customers, creating opportunities for employees, earning trust and building a reputation in your community.
If the time ever comes to consider what’s next, we’d be honored to have a conversation. New Image is a local, family-owned Arizona cleaning company. We’re building for generations—not for an exit.
Your Legacy Matters
You built customer relationships. You created jobs and opportunities for people and their families. You developed leaders.
You solved problems when nobody else was awake. You answered the phone when a customer needed you. You earned trust one relationship, one building and one cleaning at a time.
We understand that selling a business like that isn’t simply a financial transaction.
It’s deciding who will care for the people, customers, reputation and culture you spent years building.
We don’t take that responsibility lightly.
Why New Image
There are many ways to sell a business. We believe who you sell it to matters.
We’re Arizona owners and operators. Decisions are made here by people who know the business and the community.
We’re not building New Image to flip it. Our goal is to own and grow this company for decades and, hopefully, generations to come.
Great cleaning companies are built by great people. We want employees who join New Image to feel valued, respected and excited about their future.
The relationships you’ve earned matter. We want to continue serving your customers exceptionally well and strengthen those relationships over time.
We want to preserve what is special about the company you built—not erase its history or treat it as simply another collection of cleaning contracts.
Every owner’s situation is different. Whether you’re ready to retire, want to gradually step back, want to remain involved, or are simply curious about your options, we’re happy to start there.
Business With Purpose
New Image is a faith-driven company.
Our faith shapes how we think about work, leadership and our responsibility to others. We believe business provides an incredible opportunity to serve people, create meaningful work, develop leaders, strengthen families and communities, and be faithful stewards of what God has entrusted to us.
That doesn’t mean someone needs to share our faith to work here, become a customer, or sell us their company.
We hope what people experience instead is the fruit of those beliefs in how we operate: treating people with dignity, keeping our word, serving others, pursuing excellence, admitting mistakes, acting with humility and bringing joy to the work.
Do what we say. Tell the truth. Own our mistakes. Do the right thing even when nobody is watching.
Take pride in our work. Pursue high standards. Sweat the details because the details matter to the people we serve.
Put others first. Listen before speaking. Keep learning. Serve rather than expecting to be served.
Bring gratitude, energy, kindness and a positive spirit to our work and to the people around us.
Your People
For many owners, one of the hardest parts of considering a sale isn’t the financial decision. It’s wondering, “What happens to my people?”
We understand.
Our starting point is that great employees are one of the most valuable parts of a great company.
We want talented people to stay, grow and find new opportunities at New Image. Our goal is to combine the strengths of both companies—providing employees with the support, systems, training and opportunities that come from being part of a growing organization while respecting the relationships and culture that helped make their company successful.
Your Customers
Your customers chose your company for a reason. Some may have been with you for five, ten or twenty years. Those relationships matter.
Our goal is to understand what your customers value, preserve the relationships and service practices that work, communicate thoughtfully and continue earning their trust every day.
New Image has served Arizona for more than two decades. We believe the best customer relationships are measured in years, not months.
Protect customer relationships and minimize unnecessary disruption.
Communicate thoughtfully and personally throughout the transition.
Give customers access to the broader team, systems, resources and cleaning capabilities of New Image.
Your Next Chapter
Every business owner is different. Some owners are ready to retire. Some want to gradually step back over several years. Some still love customers and business development but would happily never deal with payroll, recruiting, scheduling or administrative headaches again.
And some aren’t remotely ready to sell—they simply want to understand what their options might look like someday.
We’re open to having the conversation long before there is ever a transaction to discuss.
You’re ready for the next chapter and want a thoughtful transition with confidence that your people and customers will be cared for.
You’d like to remain involved for a period of time while transferring responsibilities at a pace that works for everyone.
Maybe you still love customers, relationships or sales but would happily hand off some of the administrative and operational responsibilities.
You may be years away from making a decision but would like to understand what your company’s future could eventually look like.
You don’t have to know which one describes you before calling us.
Who We’d Love to Meet
We’re less interested in checking boxes than finding owners and companies that share the way we think about people, customers and service.
We especially enjoy meeting owners who have built:
We are primarily interested in businesses in Arizona and the greater Phoenix area, although we are always happy to meet good people in the industry.
Our Story
New Image itself began as a family business.
For more than two decades, Jorge and Vicenta built New Image through hard work, relationships and a commitment to serving customers well. They created jobs, earned the trust of customers throughout the Valley and built a company and reputation they could be proud of.
When our family had the opportunity to become the next owners of New Image, we understood that we weren’t simply buying a business.
We were being entrusted with something another family had spent decades building.
That experience has shaped how we think about New Image and about acquiring other companies today.
We are Alex and Maria-Paz Stavros. Our family believes deeply that business can be a force for good and that ownership is ultimately a responsibility of stewardship.
Our own story has shaped that conviction.
Both of our families have deep roots in Latin America, and service, faith, family and community have been important parts of our lives for decades. Alex spent much of his childhood in Peru, where his parents served as missionaries in an impoverished community outside Lima. Seeing both tremendous hardship and extraordinary generosity at a young age helped shape a lifelong belief in the dignity of every person and in using whatever gifts and opportunities we have been given to serve others.
Those experiences continue to shape how we think about business today.
We want New Image to be a place where people are known, valued and given opportunities to grow. We want to serve customers with excellence. We want to strengthen the communities where we work. And we want to build a company our children and the next generation can be proud of.
We hope to own New Image for many decades to come.
So when another owner trusts us with a company they’ve spent much of their life building, we understand the weight of that decision.
We want you to be able to look back years from now and feel good about who you chose to carry it forward.

New Image Cleaning
What came before us matters. So do the people carrying it forward.
“We don’t think of acquiring a company as buying contracts and revenue. We think of it as being entrusted with people, customers, relationships and a reputation that someone may have spent much of their life building.”
— Alex Stavros
Our goal is simple: be good stewards of what came before us and build something even stronger for the generation that comes next.
